Good practices for a comfortable, healthy and efficient housing

RRG Thermal Energy Engineering has created a Good Practice Guide as a result of the project "Analysis of energy efficient technologies for the sustainability of buildings".

We have begun with a first book on indoor air quality, ventilation, condensation and thermal insulation where you will find answers to the following questions:

We are already working on Book II, where we address issues such as "At night or when I am not at home, what is better, turn off the heating or turn down the thermostat?".

Access to Book I

Access to Indoor Air Quality chapter

Access to Ventilation chapter

Access to Condensations chapter

Access to Envelope improvement chapter

Access to Heating System Use chapter from Book II

ANECA al día Journal has interviewed Fco. Javier Rey Martinez about his experience as academic assessor

The National Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation (ANECA), an autonomous body attached to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, whose aim is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the higher education system through evaluation, certification and accreditation of teaching, teaching and institutions, has interviewed Fco. Javier Rey Martínez as evaluator of the DOCENTIA and VERIFICA programs.

The interview has been published in volume 20 of the journal "ANECA al día".

Ana Tejero González, tutor of the Student Branch ASHRAE Spain Chapter in the Industrial Engineering School of the University of Valladolid

The ASHRAE Spain Chapter has just constituted a Student Branch in the School of Industrial Engineering of the University of Valladolid, of which Dra. Ana Tejero González is responsible and tutor.

Student branches offer university students the opportunity to interact and make contact with members of their local ASHRAE chapter, attend workshops and technical sessions, participate in the production and translation of technical publications and be in contact with other students and other professionals in the sector.

As Ana Tejero comments: "It is a pleasure to act as a link with ASHRAE of students so active and interested in the sector. I am sure that I will also bring a lot of experience and I trust that this is just the beginning of an active group that, through visits, talks and other days, will help to promote the approach to the HVAC&R world of the rest of the students of the School of Industrial Engineering of the University of Valladolid".
